Nesebar in OOD., with UIC 812159044 and headquarters in Pomorie, 3 Odrin Street, has been in the tour operator, hotel, and restaurant business since 1994. Since 2001, the company has provided comprehensive tourism services through its own hotel, Laguna Park Sunrise hotel in Sunny Beach. It is a licensed tour operator with the Ministry of Tourism under the license number 00359. Nesebar in OOD, established nearly 30 years ago, manages to establish itself in the European tourism market, thanks to the efforts of its employees and adherence to its basic principles of fairness and dedication to work, as one of the companies offering quality tourist services and comfort to its guests at Laguna Park Sunrise hotel. WHY DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM YOU?

Nesebar in OOD respects personal data protection and only collects and handles such data in accordance with local and European legislation. The objective of this "Privacy Policy" is to inform you about how we treat your data and what personal information we would gather about you, for what purpose, for how long, and what your rights are. The security of all business data, as well as the protection of your personal information throughout the processing of personal data, is an important issue for us.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?

  • Three names, unique civil number (for the purpose of issuing an invoice upon request), date of birth and gender.
  • Identity card / passport data (upon registration at the reception at Laguna Park Sunrise hotel)
  • Contact details - contact address, telephone number and e-mail address (email)
  • Data of children (name and date of birth) for the purpose of providing special discounts;
  • Data obtained by registration on our website;
  • Letters and e-mails that we receive from you as part of our communication;

HOW DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU?

Nesebar in OOD may collect your personal data and information about you in cases where:

  • You make an inquiry by e-mail or other means of communication;
  • You use our website, incl. when making an online reservation;
  • You choose our services directly in our office;
  • You give your consent for direct marketing of our travel services - to receive our current offers and promotions;
  • you book through our partners, incl. travel agents;
  • When checking in at Laguna Park Sunrise hotel's reception desk
  • For the purpose of issuing accounting papers, such as an invoice or an invoice for acquired services;
  • To provide complete service and reservation administration, including electronically; to provide notifications about our services;
  • For the purposes of: the Accounting Act, the Tax and Social Security Procedure Code, and other related normative acts, in the case of obligations to provide information to all state commissions and regulatory bodies, and in the case of fulfillment of obligations related to distance selling, off-site sales provided for in the Consumer Protection Act;

TO WHOM DO WE PROVIDE THE COLLECTED INFORMATION?

Nesebar in OOD agrees not to disclose your personal information to third parties without your explicit authorization, except when necessary to fulfill contractual commitments to you.

In this case, we may release your information to the following parties: courier companies, the company that hosts our website, external consultants and specialists, law firms, sales agents and representatives, and others.

The provision of personal data in some cases is mandatory in order to comply with legal requirements, such as: Regulatory authorities, incl. state commissions, institutions and agencies, the National Revenue Agency (NRA), the National Social Security Institute (NSSI), courts, prosecutor's office, and others, to whom we are required to provide personal data under current legislation; This, as well as any other transfer, is done in strict accordance with the confidentiality and security of your personal data.

HOW DO WE PROTECT THE COLLECTED INFORMATION?

Modern technological means are used to transfer, store, and process personal data.

If you purchase a tourist package from us for a trip to a country that is not a member of the EU, your data may be transferred outside the EU for the purposes of carrying out the contract between us, in compliance with Art. 49, item 1, letter "b" of Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR. It is difficult to deliver the tourist package and, consequently, our service without trasferring data.

Nesebar in OOD will not transfer your data outside the EU unless required by law, and will implement suitable precautions to ensure the confidentiality of your information.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are small text files that a website can employ to store on your device. Cookies are used to "remember" your device and recognise it the next time you log in to a website, allowing the website to be customized to the user's preferences. HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Nesebar In OOD stores any information obtained about you and destroys it within the required time restrictions and after the final settlement of all our financial relationships. Nesebar In OOD does not store your information indefinitely. The retention period may differ depending on the basis on which your personal data is processed. If we process personal data for the fulfilment of contractual obligations to you, we store it for 6 years after the termination of our contractual basis. When this term expires and there is no legal basis for the subsequent storage of your personal data, the information about you is deleted.

CONSENT

You have the right to withdraw your permission to Nesebar In OOD's collection, storage, and use of your personal data at any time. However, the withdrawal will not affect the lawfully processed data until the time of withdrawal.

DELETION, CORRECTION AND BLOCKING OF PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to request at any time that the administrator delete, correct, or block personal data the processing of which does not meet the requirements of the LPPD, as well as the right to request that the administrator notify third parties whose personal data have been disclosed for any deletion, correction, or blocking that has occurred, except where this is not possible or involves undue effort; Some of your rights, such as the right to delete data or object to processing, may be limited by relevant law. Requests for access to information or corrections are made in person or by a person specifically authorized by you via an explicit written power of attorney.

In case of violation of your rights, you have the right to refer to the Commission for Personal Data Protection within one year of learning of the violation, but not later than five years from its commission. In case of violation of your rights, you have the right to appeal against actions and acts of the administrator in court or before the Supreme Administrative Court. If there are current procedures before the Commission for the same violation, or if a CPDP judgment on the same violation has been appealed and no court decision has entered into force, the court cannot be summoned.
