Introduction
Laguna Park Hotel & Aqua Club was established in 2001, and for over two decades we have been committed to providing the highest quality services to our guests. At the same time, our philosophy is focused on sustainable development – caring for people, nature, and the local economy.
I. PROGRESS ON PREVIOUS GOALS (2022–2024)
In our previous sustainability report (2022–2024), we set specific targets in three main areas: environment, social responsibility, and economic development. The results are as follows:

II. ENVIRONMENT
Key results for 2025:
- 13% reduction in energy consumption compared to 2021. Photovoltaic system installed.
- 6.5% reduction in water consumption.
- 64% of waste recycled.
- 100% of lighting replaced with LED systems.
- New dispensers with lower soap and shower gel usage in all rooms.
III. STAFF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Since 2024, we have achieved approximately a 12% increase in staff satisfaction (based on employee retention indicators from previous years). More opportunities for training and internal communication through digital channels have been provided.
IV. CONNECTION WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY
Over the past two years, we increased the number of local suppliers from 60% to 63%, while supporting vocational tourism schools through internship programs.
V. COMMITMENT TO TRANSPARENCY AND MONITORING
To ensure the accuracy of our data, all results are based on:
- Energy and water reports from the internal accounting system;
- Protocols from recycling companies;
- Annual reports from the Human Resources department;
- Guest feedback forms.
Results are verified annually and published in our internal sustainability report.
VI. NEW PRIORITIES FOR 2026–2027
- Reduce single-use plastic items by 25%.
- Increase the proportion of low-water-requirement vegetation in the hotel’s green park.
- Conduct campaigns with guests and local schools on environmental education.
