Ensuring good working conditions and protecting the human rights of the staff

 The  Laguna Park & Aqua Club Hotel senior management  is committed to treating all staff fairly and operates with full respect to all employees.

We clearly understand our human rights responsibilities and focus our activities on the following aspects:

1. We strictly respect the legal rights of all people to apply for jobs according to their professional qualifications, to have normal working conditions, legal employment contracts, equal pay for men and women for the same position and work performed.

2. The health and well-being of the staff is our goal. We avoid using child labor and in cases of using it, it is according to the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.

3. We strictly respect the rights of all local people for  work and living conditions and in no way deprive them of employment opportunities. In case of insufficient local staff, we hire such  from abroad, according to the requirements of Bulgarian and relevant foreign legislation. Furthermore, through our activities in business tourism, we strive to improve their well-being.

4. All our employees receive registered  written contracts, with precisely mentioned rights and obligations, and the conditions for payment of their work. In our company, everyone receives a signed copy of their employment contract upon starting work. Employees have the freedom to start work without paying deposits and are free to terminate their employment contract  at their request without penalty.

5. We do not retain any personal documents of our employees.

6. We keep copies of all payslips, maintaining a salary level higher than the national average. Working hours are in accordance with national legislation. The disciplinary policy is clearly written and staff are informed about it.

7. We clearly adhere to the anti-discrimination policy and an example of this is our colleagues of different religious and social status.

8. We evolve and care for the professional knowledge of all our employees, regardless of their religion, gender or social status.

9. We require all our subcontractors to strictly follow our anti-discrimination and human rights compliance policy.
