LOYALTY PROGRAM - GENERAL TERMS

 

Aqua Club Laguna is a loyalty program for the guests of Hotel Laguna Park & Aqua Club § Aqua Club.

The program offers three membership levels in the following order: Bronze, Silver, and Gold Card. These levels offer a variety of privileges to customers, as well as discounts on hotel services.

Conditions for obtaining each level of membership:

 

To receive a Bronze Card you must have spent at least 7 nights in Laguna Park & Aqua Club Hotel within 2 years

To receive a Silver Card you must have spent at least 14 nights in Laguna Park & Aqua Club Hotel within 2 years.

In order to receive a Gold Card, you must have spent at least 21 nights in the Laguna Park & Aqua Club Hotel within 2 years.

  • You can become a member of Aqua Club Laguna and take advantage of the discounts only if you make your accommodation reservations for Hotel Laguna Park § Aqua Club online directly (without intermediaries - agencies, online reservation systems, or group shopping sites) through the hotel website. If you do not make any online accommodation reservations directly through the hotel's website for two years, you will lose your membership;
  • The discounts refer to the price levels valid for the period of accommodation and are not combined with other discounts;
  • The discounts provided are valid only for individual guests, adults, with a personal number and can not be assigned to others - do not apply to corporate events, group reservations and reservations via third parties - agencies, online booking systems and group shopping sites.

If you have a Bronze Card, you receive the following discounts and benefits:

  • Reservations for accommodation with 3% discount at Hotel Laguna Park & Aqua Club § Aqua Club.
  • Express accommodation.

If you have a Silver Card, you receive the following discounts and benefits:

  • Reservations for accommodation with 5% discount at Laguna Park & Aqua Club Hotel § Aqua Club.
  • Express accommodation. Compliment from the hotel / fruit and champagne /.
  • Early check-in after 12:00 and late check-out until 16:00.
  • Accommodation in a higher-category room than the one reserved / depending on the occupancy of the hotel /.

If you have a Gold Card, you receive the following discounts and benefits:

  • Reservations for accommodation with a 7% discount at the Laguna Park & Aqua Club Hotel § Aqua Club. Express accommodation.
  • Compliment from the hotel / fruit and champagne /.
  • Early check-in after 12:00 and late check-out until 16:00.
  • Accommodation in a higher-category room than the one reserved / depending on the occupancy of the hotel /.
  • Free room safe.

 

Steps to become a member of our loyalty program Aqua Club Laguna

 

To become a loyal member of the Aqua Club Laguna program, you need to complete the following steps:
 
   1.You must make a reservation for accommodation directly on the website of Hotel Laguna Park & Aqua Club Aqua Club, without using any intermediaries.
 
  2. When you make your first reservation, you must complete an initial registration in order to obtain a customer profile, where your nights will be recorded.
 
  3. To achieve the first level of membership, the Bronze Card, you must make reservations for a minimum of 7 nights within 2 years.
 
 4. To upgrade to the next level of membership - Silver Card - you must make reservations for a minimum of 14 nights within 2 years.
 
 5. To obtain the highest level of membership - Gold Card - you must make reservations for at least 21 nights within 2 years.
