Thermal Zone
Finnish sauna - a wood-paneled room heated by a stove and volcanic stones. The air temperature is from 70°C to 100°C, but with low humidity. The air humidity is regulated by water poured onto the stones, creating steam. It improves the immune system, body tone and vitality, and has a detoxifying effect for the whole organism. The stay in the sauna should be within 10-15 minutes, followed by a cooling procedure.
Infrared sauna – The infrared sauna works through special lamps emitting infrared rays that penetrate deep into the skin and muscles, creating heat in the tissues and stimulating the dilation of blood vessels. This accelerates blood circulation and helps remove toxins from the body through sweating. The body heats up without being strained. It helps improve the immune system, reduce joint pain, has cosmetic effects such as rejuvenating the skin and reducing cellulite, reduces stress and improves mood. The recommended duration of a session is between 15 and 20 minutes. Excessive exposure can lead to dehydration and overheating.
Herbal aroma sauna – low-temperature sauna - 35°-40°C and air humidity between 50-60% in combination with aromatic herbs, relaxes the body without overheating. This makes it very suitable for people who cannot tolerate high temperatures. It has a beneficial effect on the nervous and circulatory systems, stimulates skin cleansing, respiratory tracts and helps remove toxins. The stay in the aroma sauna eliminates accumulated stress from daily life and leaves a feeling of relaxation and pleasant aromatic sensations. The recommended time for stay is 15-20 min.
Steam bath - Since ancient times, this has been one of the most famous ways to relax. The room emits heat of about 45°C and air humidity over 70%. An excellent way for detoxification and more - provides anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving and hydrating effects. The most substantial benefits for health and beauty are: improves blood supply; detoxifies; removes fats and dead cells; cleanses respiratory tracts; relaxes the whole body. The recommended time for stay is 15-20 min.
Turkish bath - In recent years, the Turkish bath has enjoyed exceptional popularity. The hammam not only cleanses the body but also the soul. With a special glove made of natural material, the whole body is scrubbed to remove dead skin. Coffee or salt exfoliants are often used for peeling. After peeling, the skin becomes soft and tender.
