RESERVATION CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
POLICY
The client has the right to make
changes to his reservation, as well as to cancel it.
The policies for reservation
changes and for reservation cancellations are different and vary according to the different price
offers, and they are explicitly mentioned in the conditions of the respective reserved price
offer.
There are:
Price offers without the possibility of free changes to the reservation and without the possibility of
free cancellation.
Price offers with the possibility of free changes to the reservation and free cancellations at different
terms (days before arrival).
The client is entitled to a full
refund of the amounts paid before the expiration of the deadlines specified in the specific price
offer, without penalty, after deducting bank charges.
In the event of changes,
cancellations, or no-show after the above-mentioned deadlines, as well as early departure with an
already paid by the client online reservation, the Laguna Park & Aqua Club Hotel, Sunny Beach, reserves the right to
withhold a penalty, explicitly mentioned in the terms of the respective reserved price offer.
The client has the right to change or
cancel his/her reservation without penalty in the event of force majeure, which
necessitates cancellation or change of the reservation, and it is essential to submit relevant
documents and evidence. When solid evidence is presented, the paid amounts are recovered in full,
without penalty, but
after deducting bank charges, within 14 days after the change, respectively the cancellation.
Within 14 days of the
reservation's cancellation, the amounts paid to the client will be returned
via a transaction on the card which was used to make the payment on the reservation,
after
deducting bank charges.
